Mastery Code, Mastery Lessons Guild and the Debrief are offered by Unbound Education, Inc., a public benefit corporation. This page sets out how refunds work for each. To ask for one, write to info@masterycode.com from the email you used to buy, with your order number.
Mastery Lessons Guild
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of enrolling, for any reason. Your course access ends when the refund is made. The Kindle copy of Mastery Lessons sent with your enrollment is yours to keep. After 30 days, Guild enrollments are not refundable.
The Debrief
If you cannot attend, write before your Debrief takes place and we will reschedule it or refund it in full. Once the Debrief has taken place it is not refundable. If you enroll in Mastery Lessons Guild or the Council within 60 days of your Debrief, the full $250 is credited toward your enrollment.
The Council
Council seats are paid by invoice from Unbound Education, Inc. You can ask for a full refund at any time before the Council’s start date. After the start date, payments are not refunded; your seat can instead be deferred to the next Council.
Private Mentorship
Private Mentorship is governed by the written agreement made for it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Most arrive within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Mastery Lessons and Mastery Lessons: The Field Guide are sold by Amazon, and Amazon’s own return policies apply to them.
