A small number of people work with me one to one, on a scope and schedule we set together. It is offered by invitation, when the work and the timing fit.
Why it is rare
The hours are set before anyone asks.
I decide in advance how many hours I give this work. Private places open rarely, and none is created to meet demand.
For most people, the Council is the feasible way to work with me personally: the same depth of attention each month, shared with a small room of peers.
