These terms govern your use of masterycode.com and of Mastery Code, Mastery Lessons Guild, the Debrief and the assessments offered here, all provided by Unbound Education, Inc., a public benefit corporation (“we”). By using the site or buying from it, you agree to them.
What this work is
Everything offered here is coaching and education, provided under Board Certified Coach standards. It is not therapy, medical care, or legal or financial advice, and it does not diagnose. Who Is Holding the Pen? and the flourishing measure are reflective tools, not clinical assessments. Nothing here promises health, income or relationship outcomes. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the United States, or your local emergency number.
Purchases
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Council seats are paid by invoice from Unbound Education, Inc. Refunds follow our Refunds page.
Your access
Mastery Lessons Guild gives one person access to the course for the twelve months of the year, and to the Daimon and the community for 90 days after Month 12. Your account is personal: keep your login to yourself and do not share access.
Our content
The courses, writing, worksheets, videos, images and assessments on this site belong to Unbound Education, Inc. and Ruben F. Salinas. You may use them for your own practice. You may not copy, resell, publish or redistribute them, or use them to train an AI model, without our written permission.
The community
Treat other members with respect, and keep what others share in confidence. We may suspend or end access for anyone who harasses others, shares another member’s private information, or misuses the community.
The Daimon and other services
Some features rely on third-party services, including Delphi for the Daimon and Stripe for payments, which operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for how those services run or handle your information.
Limits
The site and programs are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Unbound Education, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of them, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version, with its date, is always on this page.
